Where are you located for pick-up?Our shop is home-based small business and we offer local pick-up within Brampton, Ontario. The full pick-up address will be provided via email when your order is ready.

Do you offer shipping?SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR CANADA HAVE BEEN MOMENTARILY PAUSE- Sorry for the inconvenience! Yes, we offer Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post. The shipping option can be selected during check-out for an additional cost. Shipping costs vary depending on location and product weight. Please enter your full address and select the shipping method during check-out to determine the correct cost. As we ship via Canada Post, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your product Canada-Wide. Our shop will provide you with a full tracking number so that you can track your order as soon as it is shipped. Please expect delays during busy seasons and holidays.

When will I receive my product?The timeline of when you will receive your order really depends on the product. You can always email our shop at info@designr.cc if you have any questions about your order and would like an exact timeline of when you will receive your product. Here are some estimated timelines: Digital Files - 48-72 hours Printed Foam Board Sign - 8-10 business days Wedding Signage Bundles - 15-20 business days (Any custom orders take an additional 1-2 weeks depending on design complexity.) PLEASE NOTE: These timelines do not include the time it will take for shipping. We ship via Canada Post and it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your product Canada-Wide. Can I cancel my order?If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our shop at info@designr.cc. If we have not started the production process, then we will be able to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Can I exchange/return my order?You can check out our Return Policy here: https://www.designr.cc/return-policy As most of our products are made-to-order, it is difficult to offer an exchange or refund. We try our best to make sure everything is confirmed by you before we start the production process. However, we understand that mistakes can be made and some products may arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@designr.cc and we will let you know if a refund can be offered.

Can I request a rush order?Unfortunately, rush orders cannot be requested. We work very hard to produce all signs within the deadline. All our signs are printed from a third-party vendor which takes about 8-10 business days. Since we are relying on a third-party vendor, there is no way to expedite the process from our end.

Can I request a custom order?For sure! If none of our existing designs match your event or theme, then you can purchase a custom order here: https://www.designr.cc/custom-orders. The custom design process is a little different than the typical production process and can take some additional time. Our shop will contact you via email regarding the theme, colour, and customizations for the sign within 48-72 hours. From then, we will start designing and creating the perfect sign to match your event! Don't worry, we'll be sure to keep you in the loop during the entire process!

TERMS OF USE - reselling, redistributing, editing, copying etc.All items are owned by DESIGNR and are for personal use only. Products are not for resale and cannot be edited/copied. This is a violation of Intellectual Property rights and legal action will be taken. Note from our shop: DESIGNR values each and every customer and is extremely grateful for everyone who has supported our small business. Over the years, we have worked hard to grow and ensure that we produce ethical and high quality products. Each time we witness our products being resold/redistributed, we are at a loss for words. There is a lot of effort, creativity, and thoughtfulness that goes into each design. We put a lot of handwork into creating these designs for our customers and it is extremely upsetting to witness our hard work being disrespected this way. Not only is this disrespectful and unethnical, it is also considered illegal as it is Intellectual Property infringement. What sizes do you offer?Our shop offers three different sizes in signage. All Welcome Signs can be purchased in either of the following sizes: - 18 x 24 inches - 24 x 36 inches Bar Menus, Table Signs, etc and Other Stationery is available in the following size: - 12 x 18 inches

What is the difference between the "Design File Only" and "Printed Foam Board" Option?The "Design File Only" option is for customers who would like to get the design printed on their own. If you purchase this option, our shop will email you the design in PDF/PNG format and no physical sign will be shipped to you. The "Printed Foam Board" option is for customers who would like our shop to print the design. If you purchase this option, then our shop will print the design for you and let you know when it is ready for pick-up or shipping. Please Note: - Printing takes approximately 8-10 business days.

Can I change the text?For sure! If you like one of our designs, but need it for a different event, you can always request text changes. For example, if one of our existing designs says "Jago", but you like it for your "Mehndi" event, you can always leave a note and we'll be sure to make that change. Just leave us a note during check-out and we'll be sure to make your requested changes. Don't worry, we'll also show you how the changes look and confirm the design with you before we send it off for printing.

Can I change the colours?For sure! Most signs can be done in almost any colour. We created our existing designs based off of what colour themes are typically used during these events. But, we truly believe in "the perfect sign", so custom colours can be requested free of charge. Here's a list of changes that can be requested free of charge: Background colour change Text colour change Outfit colour change on illustrations Some illustration colour changes - please contact our shop and inquire before purchasing as some illustrations cannot be changed. However, if it is a bit more complicated colour change, then it would be considered a custom order, which can be requested here: https://www.designr.cc/custom-orders. For example, floral colour changes would be considered a custom order. You can request that change by leaving a note on your order and our shop will contact you via email for an exact colour swatch. Don't worry, we'll also show you how the changes look and confirm the design with you before we send it off for printing.

Can I change the colour of the outfit in the illustrations?Yes, for sure! We truly believe in making sure that your signs match your event and outfits perfectly. With that being said, we're more than happy to change the colour of the outfit in the illustrations. You can request that change by leaving a note on your order and our shop will contact you via email for an exact colour swatch. Don't worry, we'll also show you how the changes look and confirm the design with you before we send it off for printing.

The design says "Groom" but I'm a Bride and I really like it for my own event, can I still purchase it?For sure! We randomly write "groom" or "bride" to offer diversity within our signs and give our customers a vision for their event signage. However, you are welcome to purchase any sign that you like and all text on our designs can be changed to match your event.

I really like the design of a Sikh Ceremony (Anand Karaj) Sign but I need it for a Hindu Ceremony, can I request some changes and purchase it?Yes, of course! You can always request changes to our signs and we can work together to create your "perfect" sign. For example, we can add custom text in Hindi or a Ganesh symbol to the sign. P.S. We specialize in Sikh/Punjabi Wedding Signage, but we're working on expanding and diversifying our signage. It would be greatly appreciated if customers of different cultures and religions are able to offer some insight on signage ideas. We truly want to make sure there is a sign for every event out there! You can offer suggestions/ideas for new designs here.
