As all items are customizable, it is hard for us to offer a full return on each product. However, if our shop has made a mistake or your product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us and we can work with you to ensure you receive the product that you ordered.
We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, proofing, and printing process. We’re always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get what you need.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email us at email@example.com with detailed description of why you are requesting a return or exchange.
Include images or videos of the “defect” or “incorrect” item.
Wait 3-5 business days as our shop contacts you regarding the return or exchange.
